It is known the ladies and children used to gather for tea/picnic on occasions.  I wonder what the occasion was and WHO TOOK THE PHOTO? (maybe a local press photo). Chairs in place so not a too informal occasion - if anyone come up with any ideas could you e-mail me, please.
